Scrip fundraising is a program (operated by RaiseRight) that allows you to purchase various merchant gift certificates/cards from our school who in turn donate a certain percentage of your purchase(s) back to our school. 

This program benefits not only the school, but it benefits your family! Participating families will receive 50% of the money donated back to our school in the way of credit that will be applied to their registration fee at Immaculate Conception School, tuition at Helias High School or monthly fees for Immaculate Conception Pre-School.

• If you purchase four (4) $25.00 HyVee gift cards, they will donate 4% back to our school.
• 4% of $100.00 = $4.00
• Immaculate Conception School will receive 50% of the $4.00 and your family will receive the other 50%. (Both parties will receive $2.00)
• Please note that every merchant and the percentage they donate back to the school will vary. You will need to refer to the Scrip order form for the specific percentages. 

• The RaiseRight app may be downloaded for online purchase of Scrip, including eCards. Call the school office (573-636-7680) for Immaculate Conception's school code for the RaiseRight app. 
• Scrip is usually sold after every Mass on the 1st and 3rd weekends of each month, except during the summer months. The summer schedule will vary so please refer to the church bulletin. 
• Scrip order forms can also be sent to school with your child on any day of the week. Orders will be filled on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week and delivered to the youngest student in the family unless otherwise noted on the Scrip order form.
• During the summer, the school office will be open on Tuesdays, 8:00am-1:00pm, if you wish to buy Scrip. Orders may also be turned into the rectory office anytime during the summer and they will be filled on Tuesdays and returned to the rectory office for pick up. It will be your responsibility to pick those orders up from the rectory office.

Our fiscal year runs from June 1st through May 31st. The money that your family accumulates in that fiscal year will be applied toward your registration fees, pre-school fees, or Helias tuition for the next school year. 

To guarantee we can fill a large order and still maintain sufficient inventory for other parishioners and school families, it would be beneficial to contact Janie Wyrick ahead of time, if possible. She would appreciate a call if any one merchant order exceeds $500.00.

Order forms may be picked up from the school office, the church breezeway and at scheduled weekend sales after Masses. 

SCRIPORDERFORM (1)

Any family member, relative, friend or co-worker can purchase Scrip gift certificates/cards and list your family or child in order to receive the family credit. 

Inventory should be on hand for all of the merchants listed on the front of the Scrip order form. We cannot always guarantee availability for everyone's order, but backorders can always be placed. Those merchants listed on the back of the order form will not be kept in stock, but they can be ordered. Please allow up to one week for delivery depending on when your order is placed. 

The credit amount will be reflected in your FACTS financial agreement that will be emailed to you during the summer months.

Christmas Scrip Information

• Information regarding Christmas Certificate for Faculty and Staff was sent home on Monday with the youngest child in the family.  An email was also sent out that day with the information.   This is a great opportunity to thank the faculty and staff this time of year. 

Gerbes - Community Rewards Program

Third (3^rd) Quarter Community Rewards Program report is now available.   Please either e-mail the report to Janie Wyrick (jwyrick @icangels.com), or you can send a hard copy to the school office.
