In the box above list the event's purpose/goals, who is invited, any sponsoring organizations/groups, the contact name and number, RSVP instructions if needed, costs if applicable, website link(s) to add for more information, and any other specifics that readers need to know. If you need to reserve a meeting room or other space for your event, contact the parish office at 573-635-6143 for availability.
Minimum lead times are required as indicated when checking boxes below.
* PLEASE NOTE: This project requires a minimum of 1 week's notice.
Holidays and holy day will require greater lead times for bulletin.
** PLEASE NOTE: This project requires a minimum of two week's notice.
**** PLEASE NOTE: This project requires a minimum of four weeks' notice and incurs expense. To place an ad, contact the parish office to determine the funding source and make payment arrangements.
+ PLEASE NOTE: This project requires a minimum of six weeks' notice ahead of the newsletter publications date which are March, June, September and December.
